I bet myself I couldn't title something in an appropriate, simple way. I guess I showed me.
These were fun. Though they don't honestly look much like they belong together, since they weren't originally a group idea. I have these nice little 6"x6" bristol pads and I wanted to see how they take watercolors. I also really wanted to play around with brush inking. So I did it, yayyyy. I did At' + CatBag first. I was still tryin to get the hang of brush inking on that one, but, yeahhhhh. I do not know what he's doing. Something stupid that I would do, I guess, probably :I I still like it. After that, I figured why not draw the rest of the 'main cast' of my nonexistent story with their pets? So, I did. Noah and Maxwell (monitor lizard! ♥ ) was after him and then Atlus. They were both on smooth paper, while At' was on vellum. So, this was mostly practice that I am overall happy with. There are problems and feel free to point them out; Since I have a sub now, you're "allowed to", because obviously no one is allowed to critique in the comments. I talk too much.  I really like the patterns behind your characters. The colours really do compliment each other and simplicity for backgrounds is always nice.

Very good! I personally like the way these three pictures look together- the peoples' poses and the colors work together rather nicely in my opinion. Yours just looks so natural. The pets seem to match their owners as far as I can tell.

 I think the do kinda go together though, It looks like the lizard is looking at the bird to try and eat them while that one bird is looking at Catbag,in what seems to me a curious was for it's situation.
I like it though I like the brush lining.  Delicious watercolours.
Also, I wish it was easier to put clothes on animals. Without them hating you or taking the clothes off and putting them in a tree, or without worrying that the clothes will catch on something and your pet will be hurts ;_; -- I'm so British, I shit monocles. |
